Euler Hermes is a leader on the Polish trade credit insurance market*. We have been operating in Poland since 1999. At first, under the corporate name of Hermes Serwis Ubezpieczeń Kredytowych Sp. z o.o. we operated as an agent of Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeniowe Allianz Polska S.A. This enabled us to offer our Customers services based on the necessary financial potential and international standards from the very beginning. Since 2004 Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes S.A. has been operating based on a license issued by the Polish Ministry of Finance.

Euler Hermes in Poland

Euler Hermes Group has built its position of a leader on the Polish market from the scratch, beginning in 1999. Since then the trade credit insurance industry in Poland has substantially developed, and these changes are reflected in the development of our group. Because we are adapting our insurance products to the ever changing needs of Polish entrepreneurs, the offer of Euler Hermes services remains unrivalled. This is confirmed by our results – year to year the Customers bestow their greatest trust upon us, entrusting us with orders exceeding 60% of the value of the receivables management market.

Development of the companies which are our customers leads to the export of their products and services. As a member of an international group structure we are able to support them wherever they do their business – also beyond Polish borders.

Our group consists of:

- Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes S.A., which specializes in trade credit risk insurance.

- Euler Hermes Collections Sp. z o.o. rendering out-of-court debt collection services, business partners’ risk assessment, industry analysis and intermediation in trading in receivables.

- Euler Hermes, Mierzejewska - Kancelaria Prawna Sp.k. whose expertise comprises asserting receivables in court and broadly understood legal counselling in business activities.
