- applying to administrative bodies for permits, authorisations and licenses,

Tax law:

- tax counselling (VAT, corporate income tax),
- legal and tax audit preparation,
- providing opinions on agreements as regards tax issues,
- legal assistance in fiscal and tax proceedings, including filing appeals with the Supreme Administrative Court.

Industrial property law:

- conducting legal proceedings in the field of industrial property and unfair competition,
- registering and managing Polish, European and international patents, trademarks, utility models and industrial designs,
- shaping license agreements,
- drafting national and international legal opinions,
- representing our Customers / principals before courts asserting and defending exclusive rights in the event of their violation,
- developing and implementing corporate strategies with regard to exclusive rights.

Labour law:

- concluding and terminating employment contracts, including contracts with members of management boards of capital companies,
- drafting non-competition agreements,
- drafting payroll regulations, work regulations and social benefit regulations,
- conducting talks with trade unions and counselling with regard to concluding collective agreements,
- legal counselling with regard to employing foreigners in Poland and Polish citizens abroad.

Copyright and related rights, as well as computer law:

- drafting license and sub-license agreements,
- legal counselling with regard to matters related to copyright and the related right protection,
- negotiations and drafting IT contracts, including ones concerning implementation of computer systems.
