Collection is performed by a qualified, experienced team of negotiators. Thanks to modern telecommunication solutions our employees are in continuous contact with Euler Hermes headquarters and regional branches which, among others, enables them to transfer data on the collection processes in progress on a continuous basis. Thus, our Customers can learn of the collection progress of their receivables at any time. At the same time we guarantee that all our actions are absolutely lawful.
We are a part of an international financial group. Thanks to the application of a uniform global cooperation model - Collection Business Model (CBM) - we can provide our Customers with international collection services and at the same time guarantee that they are conducted in accordance with the same standards all over the world. CBM enables us to conduct negotiations directly from Poland or via a foreign Euler Hermes office qualified in accordance with CBM.
Euler Hermes has its own information database containing data on the solvency of thousands of entities in Poland and abroad. The database constitutes a sound basis for conducting efficient debt collection activities, and at the same time is the largest register of unreliable payers from all industries in Poland.
